COURSE OVERVIEW

The overall goal of this training program is to sharpen the emotional intelligence of participants in other to enhance their overall efficacy in the work place.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

This training aims to equip Participants with the practical knowledge and specific criteria for improving individual participant’s emotional intelligence as well as having the concrete strategies for cultivating emotional intelligence in themselves and others.
